1. learn the foundations
Start with the Foundation course. You will learn lash anatomy, hygiene, client consultation, isolation and placement. At the ashley allen academy that is one day in studio, with the pro kit included and models provided.
2. practise, a lot
After your course, complete five classic case studies on your own models. This is where speed and precision come from.
3. get certified
Pass your practical assessment and you receive your ashley allen certificate and a listing on the technician register, so clients and studios can verify your training.
4. level up
Add Russian volume to offer fuller, fluffier sets. Every new skill adds a service to your menu.
5. your chair, your future
Certified technicians are listed on our register. Some go further still: leading a studio, training the next generation, or becoming a Partner.
