Returns

Ashley Allen would love you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any products please contact us at info@ashleyallen.co.nz providing invoice number and details of product/s within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
